The hotel is in a slightly sketchy area away from the beaches, but it's very close to the party hotspot of Lapa and other city center attractions. The rooms were quiet, but some elements were broken or in poor condition. The service was extremely helpful, but the cleaning staff barging in at 8 pm was a bit intrusive. The dining provided a decent selection, but some found it lacking. Overall, the hotel offers a good location and helpful service despite some room issues.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a good size, well-furnished, with a split system AC, and a comfortable bed, but they were a bit dirty and dusty. The service was nice, and the staff tried hard to assist with luggage and transportation, but they weren't very helpful with local recommendations. The location was the highlight, being very convenient with nearby attractions, but the surrounding area felt 'sketchy' and unappetizing. As for dining, the options were average with some good variety offered.
